How to delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Rooler account and the personal data linked to it. It applies to the Rooler TMS web application and the Rooler Business mobile app.

Rooler accounts are created by your company's dispatcher or manager in the Rooler TMS web application, not in the mobile apps. You can still ask us to delete yours at any time.

How to request deletion

Email info@rooler.ai from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account".
Tell us the name of your company, if you know it.
We confirm that we received your request. If the email did not come from the address on the account, we may ask you to verify your identity first.
We delete your account and personal data within 30 days of your request, and email you when it is done.

You can also ask your company's administrator to request the deletion for you.

What we delete

Your account and profile: name, email address, phone numbers, date of birth, profile photo and settings.
Your sign-in and security data: two-factor authentication devices and sessions.
Your AI assistant conversations, attachments, voice transcripts and voice recordings.
Your connections to third-party apps (Integrations), and the tokens we hold for them.
Your registered devices and push notification tokens.
Analytics and diagnostics linked to your account.

What we keep, and for how long

Your company's business data — loads, drivers, trucks, customers, invoices and accounting — belongs to your company, not to your user account. It stays in your company's account and is deleted only at the company's request.
Records we must keep by law, such as records needed for tax, accounting or legal claims, are kept only for the period the law requires, and then deleted.
Backups are kept for 30 days. Copies of your data in backups are removed when those backups expire, no later than 30 days after your account is deleted.

Before you delete

Deleting your account cannot be undone. To use Rooler again, your company will need to invite you again.
Delete or download anything you want to keep first. You can delete individual AI conversations and disconnect Integrations in the app at any time, without deleting your account.
