Rooler provides productivity and integration services that connect with third-party platforms including email services (via Nylas) and Telegram (via Telegram's official API).
Third-Party Integration Terms
By using Rooler, you also agree to comply with the terms of service of our integration partners:
Email Integration (Nylas)
- Your use of email features is subject to Nylas's Terms of Service
- You must comply with all applicable email usage policies and laws
Telegram Integration
- Your use of Telegram features is subject to Telegram's Terms of Service
- You must comply with Telegram's usage policies and guidelines
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Abuse, harass, threaten, or intimidate others through the Service
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

- Abuse of Integrations: Misusing email or Telegram integrations for spam, harassment, or any malicious purpose
- API Abuse: Excessive API calls, rate limit circumvention, or attempts to overload our systems
- Terms Violations: Violating the terms of service of our integration partners (Nylas, Telegram)
- Data Misuse: Attempting to access, collect, or misuse other users' data
- Service Manipulation: Any attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate the Service
Warning: Violations of these policies will result in immediate and permanent ban from the Service without refund.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your use complies with these Terms and applicable laws
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rooler and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

- Abuse of the Service or integrations
- Violation of third-party integration terms
- Any conduct we deem harmful to other users or the Service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rooler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
